Born in Ceará to get energy storage built in Northeast Brazil.

"Enlace" means link in Portuguese. The "CE" at the end is Ceará, where we started before expanding to Piauí and Bahia.

Has led Martinez & Andrade Consultoria in Fortaleza for over 25 years. Manages ENLACE's client and partner relationships, training and local coordination in Ceará, Piauí and Bahia.
